A FOSTER CARE MINISTRY

FAMILY ADVOCACY MINISTRY (FAM)

In 2017 we started as a small group to provide awareness and support to our localFoster, Adoptive &Vulnerable-Kinship (FAV) families. Through our partnership with Chosen For Life Ministries & Promise 686 we have recruited and trained 30+ volunteers to support local FAV families! We have supported 6 families and 18 kiddos since 2018.

Mission Statement:Our Mission is to provide support to our local Foster, Adoptive &

Vulnerable-Kinship families in their time of need and transition period and to Advocate by bringing awareness to our local needs for Foster Care,

Adoption and resources.

Our volunteers provide: 

Weekly/Monthly meals

Babysitting/Mentoring

Prayers/Support 

Birthday Party in a Box

Holiday care packages

Assist with finding resources

Foster Care & Adoption Awareness
